Don't listen to the people who tell you that Wakeskating is Wakeboarding without bindings or Skateboarding on water, it's not true.
True you could compare it to skateboarding as that is where a huge amount of the tricks originated from i.e Kickflips, shuvits and the street style of lip and rail riding.
And there is the wake 2 wake side of wakeskating which you could compare to wakeboarding.
But if you have ever stood on a wakeskate you will have found out very quickly that it is none of the above, it is it's own thing.
Thats the best I can do in explaining this ever progressing boardsport, if you don't understand what i'm banging on about, give it a go, then give me some pointers on how to explain it to people that think all watersports are the same...
Wakeskating is a legit boardsport with a cult following.
